Step 1. Download the DISH Anywhere app on your mobile device. You’ll find it in the App Store or on Google Play.
Step 2. Log in with your account information.
Step 3. On the home screen, select DVR.
Step 4. On the next screen, open the drop-down menu and select RECORDINGS.
Step 5. The next screen will be filled with recordings from your Hopper DVR. Scroll through to find a recording you’d like to transfer, then select it.
Step 6. On the following screen, you’ll have options to watch, delete, or transfer your chosen recording. Select TRANSFER.
Step 7. You’ll see a dialogue box confirming that the transfer has begun. Select OK.
You can check the progress of your transfer with the following steps:
Step 1. On any page in the DISH Anywhere app, select MORE, located at the bottom of your screen.
Step 2. A new menu will appear. Select TRANSFERS.
Step 3. On the TRANSFERS screen, a menu placed in the middle of the screen will read MY VIDEOS. Open that menu, then change the selection to MY QUEUE. There, you’ll see any programs that are still in the process of being transferred.

Try these troubleshooting steps:
Step 1. Start on the home screen and select DVR.
Step 2. On the next screen, open the drop-down menu and select TIMERS.
Step 3. The next screen will be filled with recordings from your Hopper DVR. Scroll through to find the recording you want to send to your mobile device, then select it.
Step 4. On the next screen, there’s a PREPARE FOR MOBILE option. Slide it to the active position.
Step 5. A dialogue box will appear, confirming that you’d like to prepare this recording. Select CONTINUE.
Step 6. Select SAVE in the top right corner of your screen.
Step 7. You’ll be notified that the timer has been updated. Select OK.
Step 8. Back on the previous screen, select DVR. Follow steps four through seven in the first list above.
