When M-Audio first announced its new Axiom A.I.R. Mini 32 keyboard controller, I was excited. It fit in with two themes that I’ve been covering over the past year. The first is my series on iPad Music Creation. The Axiom A.I.R. Mini 32 along with an Apple Camera Kit is said to work with an iPad. In addition, the size of the Axiom A.I.R. Mini 32 and Ignite’s ease of use also fall into a second theme of going portable. This would be using a laptop as a sketch pad to create music on the go. I hope to do a hands-on review of these products in the coming months.
